If you have your own artwork, but want us to do your printing, please ensure that your artwork is submitted in line with our artwork specification below.

Photoshop: Preferably supply as a flattened TIFF.

Alternatively save as JPEG, EPS format or PSD layered file with font layers intact.

QuarkXpress: Preferably supply as a flattened TIFF.

Alternatively supply as EPS including fonts and "Collect for Output"

Illustrator: Preferably supply as a flattened TIFF.

Alternatively save as EPS. Include all embedded images & convert all text/fonts to curves/outlines.

Coral Draw: Preferably supply as a flattened TIFF.

Alternatively save as EPS or jpeg format & convert all text to curves

Freehand: Preferably supply as a flattened TIFF.

Alternatively save as EPS or jpeg format & convert all text to curves

Resolution: File formats produced in any of the above applications should be at least 300 dpi.

Colour: If supplying artwork to be printed in colour, please ensure that all images, text and other design elements have colours set to CMYK format.

Similarly, if you are providing artwork to be printed using pantone colours (i.e. any other product not printed Full Colour), please choose the Pantone colours you require and set all text and other design elements to those specific colours. There should be no parts of your artwork still set to CMYK or RGB.

Photographs: All non vector images (i.e. photographs) should be converted to bitmaps at 100% scaling and 300 dpi resolution.

Files size: Files should be set-up at 300 dpi (Dots per inch) resolution

Artwork: The front and Back of submitted artwork, should be set-up as two separate pages and not as a single file.

Colour: All large black areas should be composed as a combination of C 60%, M 60%, Y 60%, and K 100%.

Text: Text should be 400 dpi at the final size in the layout. The minimum type size is 4pt. All line widths must be no smaller than 1pt for CMYK and .5pt for spot colour output.

Clients should also submit artwork in the appropriate formats, depending on what software was used to create it:

Required artwork size, i.e A6 or DL
Number of flyers required, i.e. 5000
Desired finish, i.e. UV Gloss or Silk
Supply all fonts used
A 72 dpi jpeg version (proof) to show exactly what your job is supposed to look like.
