How do I get started?

Contact us via email (sales@idealdesign.co.uk)or by our online form to inform us of your requirements.

What then?

We will send you a document, which you will need to complete in order to give us a clearer idea of your design requirements. Once you return this, we will provide you with a proposal / quotation / and proposed deadline.

What’s required from me?

Assuming you are happy to proceed, we will ask you for a 50% deposit.

We will also need any images and text that you want included.

What next?

Day 1 - Designer spends up to 2 hrs on flyer design

Day 2 – 1st draft sent to client by 4 pm

Day 3 - Client feedback required by 10 am
Designer spends up to 2 hr on flyer design
Artwork sent to client for feedback

Day 4 – Client feedback required by 10 am
Designer spends up to 1 hr on final design
Artwork sent to client for feedback

Day 5 – Client feedback required by 10 am
Designer spends an additional 1 hr on final touches to flyer design
Completed flyer sent to client by 6 pm

Day 6 – If required, artwork sent for print by 12 pm.

Day 7 – Printed
Day 8 – Printed

Day 9 – Delivered by 6.00 pm

How will I monitor the progress of work?

Within the project proposal provided to you, we will have outlined various progress deadline dates.

At each stage of development, we will email you a link to your work to gain your feed back and to show you how far we are in the development stage of your project.

How do we round things up?

Once we have completed the work to your satisfaction, we will ask for the remaining 50% of payment to be paid. Once this has been paid we will email you the flyer as a zipped document, in three formats:

1 EPS File - 300 DPI - For high-resolution printing or computer printout
1 Flattened Tiff - For high-resolution printing or computer printout
1 JPEG File – 72 DPI - For web page display

I want to use the flyer as a template for future design work, how much do you charge for updates?

Updates to artwork are charged at £15 per hour. Minimum alteration charge is based on one hours work.
